This refreshing Wheat Beer is styled after the famous "wit bier" or white beer of Belgium and similar to the German "wiess biers". It is light yellow in colour, and during fermentation takes on a white appearance. Holgate White Ale is based on a special combination of wheat and barley malts. It is low hopped and therefore non-bitter, with a hint of citrus and spices - which all combine to make a refreshing and easy drinking Ale, perfect for summer conditions.
