This distinctive modern Pale Ale was inspired by the Kolsch pale ales of Cologne, but adapted by brewer Paul Holgate utilising a London ale yeast and generous additions of zesty American aroma hops. Mt Macedon Ale has a honey/red colour and moderate bitterness making it an easy drinking ale with a nice floral hop "kick". Resources (where to buy): |
