Draught ale is made of quality fresh water, Pilsner type malt, sugar, aromatic hop and hop extract, which give it typical soft, bitter, hop flavour and aroma.
It is produced by modern one-phase fermentation in cylindric-conical tanks, in which the phase of fermentation and aging are merged. The beer produced in this method is typical for pleasant, soft and light taste as well as bitterness and austerity.
Alcohol content is minimally 3.5%, usable energy of the drink is 155 kJ/100 m
