Arefreshingly crisp lager in the true European style. Light straw in colour with a delicate floral aroma achieved using 100% malted barley, Czechoslovakian Saaz hops and cold fermentation. A sturdy beer by all accounts with a terrific depth of flavour it can be well enjoyed on its own straight from the bottle. Or as a great accompaniment to Thai, curries, chicken, fish or a spicy summer salad it works a treat.
