A perfect blend of Gippsland Gold and Hatlifter Stout recipes. This delightful dark ale has the stout and ale recipes brewed and fermented separately. When fermentation is complete they are merged for an extended lagering period where they do magic in creating the rich malty flavour of the ale highlighted with the delicious chocolate, coffee and deep roasted barley flavours from the natural malts in the stout. An awesome warmer on a winters day.
