This light was created to offer an alternative to the generic mainstream mid-strength beer being produced today. At 2.7%/alc./vol., the light is slightly darked in clour (amber) as a result of the use of crystal malt which also helps to add a touch of body and flavour to the beer. A faint bitterness is also displayed which rounds off to an encompassing hop flavour that adds to the body and mouth feel of the beer. Hence the beer is full and distinct in flavour, most unusual for beers of this streength.
